Job Responsibilities
- Create new Business opportunities for the bank to ensure a profitable portfolio
- Identify the target market, develop new business to enrich the portfolio, pursue growth opportunity and increase wallet size share of an existing business.
- Meet budget and maximize the Bank's earnings opportunities.
- Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and to ensure high-quality asset.
- Negotiate with customers in order to add a good quality asset to the bank's portfolio, improve profitability by earning more fee-based income.
- Demonstrate pro-active ownership and expertise in managing credit risk and optimizing risk capital budget
- Ensure Management of the SME-Medium Portfolio
- Ensure that periodic market research is conducted and awareness is created among the customers about the product and services ties up through trade bodies and presentation to various business associations.
- Ensure a healthy portfolio spread for minimizing the risk associated and optimizing profitability of the business.
- Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies.
- Help to manage the audit & risk control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium Business
- Develop and maintain a strong professional relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Earn trusted advisor status by integrating corporate finance ideas and multi-product solutions to help clients navigate complex capital structure, strategic funding and risk management issues.
- Proactively use financial skills analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the client.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 4 years of bachelor/Masters in any discipline from any university
Experience Requirements
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks

- Good command in credit and business function
- Hands on in credit memo preparation
- Understanding of the commercial banking industry and specific markets related to the SME Business accounts.
